Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I accept CareOregon/HealthShare and Providence. I don’t take Medicare at the moment. You can always check back in the future to see if I’ve added any more.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes, I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions; however, keep in mind that you will need to physically be in Oregon for me to be able to provide telehealth sessions. This is because I’m only licensed in Oregon.

How long are your sessions?

A full length session is 55 minutes, which gives me time to take care of myself between sessions.

How often are sessions?

That is completely up to you, what is helpful, and what you’re comfortable with! I work with most people weekly, though I’m open to every other week or once per month. It’s not static either, you can always choose to increase or reduce how often therapy occurs.

Do you offer discounted rates?

I offer discounted rates ($125 per 55-minute session) if someone pays out-of-pocket.

How do you keep my information safe?

I use HIPPA compliant programs, such as Spruce Health, for communicating with clients. I also have secure messaging through SessionsHealth, which is the HIPPA compliant platform I use for documentation, billing, and scheduling.

Does your office have gender neutral bathrooms?

Yes, there are gender neutral restrooms on the 4th and 8th floors. The restrooms are locked 24/7, so you will have to come get the restroom key from me prior to, during, or after your appointment.

Is your office ADA accessible?

Yes, there is an ADA accessible door to the right of the front door. There are ADA restrooms on the 3rd, 6th, and 8th floors, and elevators to get you to each floor.

How do I get to your office?

My office is 745 on the seventh floor in the Jeffrey Center building. The front door faces Taylor Street, which is the street between the Jeffrey Center and Multnomah County Central Library. There are four elevators in the entrance way, and all of them can take you to the seventh floor. Once out of the elevators on the seventh floor, you take a left down a hallway and my office will be on the left. There are signs in the hallways showing you the directions. I’ve provided some photos below to give you a visual of what to expect.
